Commercial Use Terms of Use
My Commercial Use Products can be used in creating layouts and or accents for your kits.
YOU MAY
* use my designs to create DERIVATIVE digital scrapbook kit pieces, papers, & elements that you will sell (for personal use) to consumers themselves.
My commercial use products should not be more than 50% of a kit.
* use my designs in Scrap For Hire and Scrap For Others kits you design – so long as the final result is delivered in a flattened .jpg/.png form and the customer agrees not to sell their creations for commercial use as well as does not make them available on any print on demand sites.
* use my designs for NON-COMMERCIAL websites/blogs as long as the final result is displayed in a flattened .jpg/.png form and not more than 72dp
* Freebies are allowed AS LONG AS:
You may use my designs and layer styles to create freebies as long as;
-they are not as you have received them (some modification is required: ie – colour change, rotation, clipping etc)
-The product you are using has been modified. The end result MUST BE different than the original item.
-Quick pages and any flattened .jpg or .png’s (frames/clusters) may be produced with these graphics..
YOU MAY NOT
You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT…
* re-distribute/share/sell any of my designs as they are received by you.
*These products are not allowed to be made into styles, tubes or brushes for use/resell in any other programs!
*you may not offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list or Yahoo Groups.
*you may not use any of Bekah E Designs graphics to design templates for resale. (unless otherwise specified)
*you may not sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you.
*you may not remove any notice of copyright included in the graphics/content.
*you may not SHARE these graphics with others.
They are not for your free distribution.
This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL! This commercial license is not extended to companies, partnerships, LLCs or corporations.
